One thing's for sure: Dr. Kevin McDonald is a heavy hitter when it comes to challenging and changing the status quo in racial equity. With that in mind, the man has got a lot on his plate when it comes to bringing together the community of Charlottesville with an institution so steeped in racial inequity such as the University of Virginia.
